I also have a confession to make: I use what they call "cheaters" to help me get the small flies neat. For me it's one with light built into it. A magnificent invention to help us older guys to keep in action.
Have a lot of fun your way,
M.O.The Jassid Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06403155174896714086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5507917390619241908.post-75493864186433669592012-01-08T21:02:39.466+01:002012-01-08T21:02:39.466+01:00Thanks Kigen!

They almost always have to travel very far to fish. It's like they think that there are - for example - no trout worthy to fish for where they live. Still only comfortable down to 24 or so. I saw you like the spring style scissors. There is a modified version called the "sixth finger scissor" with a finger loop that I have. I love mine and thought you might like to know about them if you haven't seen them before. Thanks for the blog, I enjoyed your flies and fish.Kigen Curticehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13151117155969059059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5507917390619241908.post-61380215458174711782011-12-20T11:58:29.638+01:002011-12-20T11:58:29.638+01:00Thanks Andy!

Last winter I tied a batch of Jassids on the Partridge K1A Vince Marinaro Midge Fly Hooks. Two dozen of each size from # 20 - 28.
Have fun,
M.O.The Jassid Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06403155174896714086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5507917390619241908.post-86920700642249492232011-12-19T21:54:15.678+01:002011-12-19T21:54:15.678+01:00Cool tie, and a clear eye for tying to tippet.
